During the term of this Agreement, FarLox shall pay Affiliate a payment, as determined by FarLox in its sole and absolute discretion, calculated on the Net Revenue ("Revenue Share"). Revenue Share payments will be determined according to the FarLox payout policies in effect at the time based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the quantity, quality, and validity of clicks on Ads, Ad impressions, and Actions, and User demographics such as the country of origin of a User's IP address. FarLox shall pay Affiliate the Payments in up to 40 days after the Affiliate place payment request.Notice that payments are subject to a 2% fixed fee.
The materials appearing on FarLox website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. FarLox does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. FarLox may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However FarLox does not make any commitment to update the materials.
